Get ready for a fun, 45-minute mat-based strength & sculpt workout designed by Lindsay Bishop for those who want a low-impact, feel-good burn! This upbeat session combines easy-to-follow moves that sculpt and tone, while being gentle on your joints. With energizing music and a focus on total body strength, you’ll leave feeling strong, empowered, and ready to take on the day.  

Please bring your own mat, water. Weights/bands can be used and are optional. Sneakers are recommended.
